Other general information and rules to consider:
- Please provide a valid email address when filling out the Artist Registration form. This is how we will be keeping in contact with you, so please give us an email that you check regularly!
- The form requires one person to be the Artist's Contact Person. If you have other people who plan to work the table with you, please note their names in the "Additional Comments" section. They also have to be registered attendees, and will only receive an Artist Badge if their names are added to the Artist Registration Form.
- If you are selling merchandise that could be considered mature, it must be duly marked. Out of courtesy for our younger attendees, please keep it in a designated area, and out of sight.
- Music is not to be played from any one table in the Artist Alley without permission from a Super Staffer.
- Artists can check-in and start setting up their tables on Friday night (March 23, 2018), most likely between 6:30PM and 8:30PM. Artists can arrive as early as 7:30AM Saturday morning (March 24, 2018) to check-in and set up their tables.
- The Artist Alley will be locked at night, so merchandise can be left in the room overnight.
Instructions for Registering as an Artist
- Fill out and submit the form found below (Please make sure to note your helpers in the "Additional Comments" section of the form, then make sure they register during the attendee registration period).
- Once you submit the form, you will get a confirmation email stating that we have received your information.
- You will receive an email if you have been accepted as a Jaycon 8 Artist. You will be directed to a payment site. You must pay this fee before a table will be reserved for you. This is not negotiable. This fee must be paid before the deadline in order to reserve your table. Failure to do so will result in your table being given to an artist on the waitlist. If the full amount for the table cannot be paid at the time of registration email us. Other arrangements can be made on a case by case basis.
- After you have paid, you will receive an Artist Confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email after that time, please contact us.
- Congratulations! You are a confirmed Artist, and will be listed on the website. All instructions after that point will be given to the Artist's Contact Person, via email.
