Early Check-In is today! If you pre-registered and are in the area, feel free to come on by and pick up your badge. This cuts down on registration time (it can get busy on Saturday) and you can catch a glimpse at the behind-the-scenes work of the con. And you get to talk to some of the awesome Supers, so that's a plus!

As of right now, the Masquerade is still a tentitvie possibilty. At the moment we have not receieved any enteries and therefore are considering not holding one. If you are interested in a skit or have one already we strongly encourage to email the club account (animeclub@etown.edu) with your entry. If we do not recieve an adequate number of skits we will not hold the Masquerade.

Good news, parking is free for Jaycon 4! Parking will be available in the Brown lot, the Leffler Lot, and the Young Center Lot for all attendees. The Hoover lot is reserved for staff, dealers and guests. However, it is available on a first-come first-serve basis. For more information, please see the map. Information about Artist Alley and Dealers Room!
The cost of a table in both the Artist Alley and Dealers Room will be $10. This is a nonrefundable payment, unlike last year, that must be paid before a table will be reserved. Please review the rules and information in the Artist Registration and
Vendor Registration pages. Because of issues with our venue, space is limited, and booths will be given out first come, first served. Remember to register yourself and any workers for your table as attendees before registering as either an artist or vendor.

Because of the issues last year, we will not be using the payment program. This means that ALL registration fees will be paid at the Registration Table.
