Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Jaycon! Below you'll find information about our Dealer's Room, Jaycon's policies and rules for vendors, and other useful info! Please be sure to carefully read everything before sending in a Vendor Registration Form, and if you ever have any questions, feel free to contact us!
Information for Vendors
Vendor Registration will open January 19th, 2013 at 12:01AM.
Vendors must be confirmed attendees before registering as a vendor. This is very important; if we do not have you in our system as a confirmed attendee, your vendor registration will be severely delayed, and we cannot guarantee that you will get a table in the Dealers' Room.

- Please provide a valid email address when filling out the Vendor Registration form. This is how we will be keeping in contact with you, so please give us an email that you check regularly!
- The form requires one person to be the Vendor's Contact Person. If you have other people who plan to work the table with you, please note their names and Registration Numbers in the "Comments" section. They also have to be registered attendees, and will only receive a Dealers Badge if their names and Registration Numbers are added to the Vendor Registration Form.
- Due to limited space, tables will be given out on a first come, first served basis.
- A small deposit of $10 will be required to reserve a table in the Dealers' Room. Elizabethtown College students are also required to pay this fee. This fee is nonrefundable and will be paid through a website set up through the College. A Paypal account or credit card will be required.
- If you are selling merchandise that could be considered mature, it must be duly marked. Out of courtesy for our younger attendees, please keep it in a designated area, and out of sight.
- Music is not to be played from any one table in the Dealers' Room.
- Vendors can check-in and start setting up their tables on Friday night (April 5, 2013), between 6:30PM and 8:30PM. Vendors can arrive as early as 7:30AM Saturday morning (April 6, 2013) to check-in and set up their tables.
- The Dealers Room will be locked at night, so merchandise can be left in the room overnight.
Instructions for Registering as a Vendor
- Register as an Attendee here and receive a confirmation email. Please note your Registration Number (which can be found in bold at the beginning of your confirmation email).
- Fill out and submit the form found below. (To complete this form, you will need your Registration Number)
- Once you submit the form below, you will be directed to a payment site for your deposit on your table. You must pay this fee before a table will be reserved for you. This is not negotiable.
- After you have submitted the form and paid the reservation fee, you will receive a Vendor Confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive an email after that time, please contact us.
- Congratulations! You are a confirmed Vendor, and will be listed on the website. All instructions after that point will be given to the Vendor's Contact Person, via email.
