Thank you for your interest in Jaycon 4! We welcome you to pre-register below - this allows you to guarantee your attendance to the con, shorten your check-in time, and it's cheaper!

Registration Dates:
Pre-Registration for Jaycon 4 will open on January 14th, 2013 at 12:01AM.
Pre-Registration will close on March 1st, 2013 at 11:59PM.
Registration online will close on March 29th, 2013 at 11:59PM.

Registration Fees
The first question on everyone's mind: price! Below are the prices of both Pre-Registration and At-Door Registration.
Pre-Registration: If you register before 11:59PM, February 22nd, 2013, your price will be $10.
At-Door Registration: If you register after 12:00AM, February 23rd, 2013, up until 11:59PM, March 29th, 2013, your Registration Fee will be the same as the At-Door price, which is $15.
All Registration Fees will be paid at the Registration Table when you check in at the convention, regardless of whether you registered online or not.

Minors at Jaycon
All members who will be under the age of 18 as of April 6, 2013 will be required to complete a Under 18 Registration Form. Copies of these forms will be available at the convention. This form will need to be signed by a legal guardian at the Registration Table. Thank you for complying with this policy for the safety of our youngest members.
If we do not receive an Under 18 Registration Form, you will not be allowed to attend the con.
For those members who will be under the age of 13 as of April 6, 2013, Jaycon recommends that they be accompanied by an adult during the convention.
All children 5 years old and under do not need to register. Please note their names and ages in the "Comments" field of their parent/guardians registration form.

Confirmation and Badge Pickup
Once you submit your registration, you will receive an email from Jaycon staff within 24 hours. If it has been more than 24 hours since you submitted your registration, please email us here.
Please note that badges are not mailed. They will be available for pickup at the pre-registration desk upon arrival to the convention. You will need your Driver's License, Student ID, or another type of photo identification to receive your badge. Additionally, for any 18+ events, we will need a government-issued ID to give you an admission bracelet. For younger attendees who do not have photo identification, a parent or guardian who is present at the convention can vouch for their identity, as long as they have proper identification.

Refund and Transfer Policy
Jaycon does not permit transfer of registrations, nor do we give refunds. We apologize for any inconveniences.
However, if you have already pre-registered, and know that you will be unable to come to the convention, please notify Jaycon Staff. Because of our space restraints, we have a very strict cap policy. If you do not attend and do not notify us, you could be taking the place of someone who wanted to go but got to the con too late.

Because of problems with the payment system last year, you do not have to pay the registration fee online.
Pre-registered attendees will have to pay the fee, in cash, at the Registration Table when they pick up their badge.

- Fill out the Registration Form below
- Receive a confirmation e-mail from Jaycon Staff within 24 hours
- Bring a printed copy of your confirmation e-mail, registration fee, and a valid form of identification to the Jaycon Registration Table to receive your badge.
- All attendees under 18 must fill out both the pre-registration form below AND the Under 18 Registration Form (which can only be found at the Registration Table at the convention).
- If you plan to be a Staffer for the convention, please DO NOT REGISTER HERE. Potential staffers should fill out the Staffer Registration Form.
